These terms and conditions govern your use of the Katech app and the services provided by Katech Company. By using the app or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

Katech provides lighting, furniture, sanitary ware, and smart-home systems. Services include browsing products, booking showroom visits, requesting quotes, tracking projects, and maintenance requests. Work includes supply and installation in accordance with the agreement made with the client.

Quotes provided through the app are estimates valid for the period stated therein. An order is confirmed only after your explicit approval of the quote and its acceptance by Katech. Katech reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or product unavailability.

All prices are in Qatari Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are made through the QIIB gateway. Paid amounts are non-refundable except with the approval of Katech management and in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

Katech undertakes to supply, install, and deliver products according to the agreed schedule. Delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any change. The client shall prepare the site to allow installation work to be completed.

A 3-year warranty applies to products and a 12-month warranty to installation work, starting from the final delivery date of the project. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or maintenance by an unauthorized party.

You may request cancellation before execution or supply begins. Fees may be deducted for work or materials already initiated. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are subject to management approval.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it, attempt to breach it, or upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

All content, designs, trademarks, and software of the app are owned by or licensed to Katech, and you may not use, copy, or distribute them without prior written permission.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Katech is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

Katech is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, or governmental restrictions.

Katech may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may end your use of the app at any time by deleting your account.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of any material changes via the app. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
